Ingredients
  

Filling
  • 6 Gala + Fuji apples peeled and sliced
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 3 tbsp flour
  • 1 cup sugar
Topping
  • 1 cup flour
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 1 cup oatmeal
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ½ tsp baking soda
  • ½ tsp baking powder
  • ½ cup melted butter

Method
 

Directions
  1. Preheat oven to 375°F.
  2. In a large bowl, combine sliced apples, cinnamon, flour, and sugar. Toss until evenly coated and transfer to a 9x13 glass baking dish.
  3. In another bowl, mix flour, brown sugar, oatmeal, salt, baking soda, and baking powder. Stir in melted butter until crumbly.
  4. Spread topping evenly over apples.
  5. Bake for 30 minutes, or until the topping is golden and apples are bubbling.
  6. Cool slightly before serving. Enjoy warm with vanilla ice cream or whipped cream.
