Method
- Preheat oven to 350°F and grease a loaf pan.
- Mash bananas in a large bowl.
- Mix in oil, sugar, and egg,
- Stir in baking powder and salt.
- Add milk
- Mix in flour 1/2 a cup at a time until just combined.
- Pour batter into pan.
- Mix crumb topping ingredients until crumbly and sprinkle over batter.
- Bake 60–65 minutes.
- Cool 10 minutes, remove from pan, and wrap loosely in foil while warm.
