Ingredients
  

  • 3 cups cooked chicken diced or shredded
  • 1 cup red seedless grapes halved
  • ½ cup celery finely chopped
  • ¾ cup mayonnaise
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice or vinegar
  • ½ teaspoon salt or to taste
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper

Method
 

  1. In a large bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
  2. Add chicken, grapes, and celery.
  3. Stir gently until evenly coated.
  4. Taste and adjust seasoning as needed.
  5. Chill for 30 minutes before serving, if desired.
  6. Serve on bread, croissants, or lettuce wraps.

Notes
