Method
- Cook macaroni according to package directions. Drain and rinse with cold water.Whisk together mayonnaise, vinegar, sugar, mustard, salt, pepper, and onion powder.Chop eggs and stir into dressing with celery and carrots.Fold in macaroni until coated.Adjust consistency with extra dressing if needed.Cover and refrigerate for at least 2–4 hours, preferably overnight.Serve chilled and enjoy!
