Method
- Spray the inside of your slow cooker with nonstick spray.
- Lay the chicken breasts on the bottom of the crockpot.
- Season with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and thyme.
- Spread the dry stuffing mix evenly over the chicken.
- In a bowl, whisk together the cream of chicken soup, sour cream, and chicken broth until smooth.
- Pour the mixture over the stuffing.
- Cover and cook:
- Low: 6 hours
- High: 3–4 hours
- Gently shred the chicken with two forks or leave whole if preferred.
- Stir everything together and serve warm.
