Method
- Mix warm water, sugar, and yeast. Let bloom 5–10 minutes.
- Add flour, salt, and oil. Mix until dough forms.
- Knead for 10 minutes.
- Let rise in a greased bowl for 60 minutes.
- Shape into loaf and place in pan.
- Let rise another 60 minutes.
- Bake at 350°F for 25 minutes.
- Brush with melted butter while cooling.
