Ingredients

  • 1 package kielbasa sausage sliced
  • 2 lbs potatoes halved
  • 2 cans green beans drained
  • 1 onion sliced
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 2 tablespoons butter cut into small pats
Seasonings
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon oregano
  • 1 teaspoon thyme
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes optional

Equipment

  • 1 Large sheet pan
  • 1 Mixing spoon or spatula
  • 1 Knife
  • 1 Cutting board

Method

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F.
  2. Place halved potatoes on a large baking sheet. Drizzle with vegetable oil and toss to coat.
  3. Add sliced kielbasa, onions, and garlic to the pan.
  4. Sprinkle all seasonings evenly over the mixture and toss to combine.
  5. Distribute small pats of butter evenly over the top of the mixture.
  6. Bake for 25–30 minutes, stirring halfway through.
  7. Add drained green beans, toss gently, and return to oven.
  8. Bake an additional 10–15 minutes, until potatoes are tender and everything is slightly browned.
  9. Serve warm and enjoy!

Notes

  • Make sure green beans are well drained to avoid excess moisture.
  • For crispier potatoes, spread ingredients in a single layer.
  • Adding butter on top helps create richer flavor and better browning.
