Ingredients
  

  • 2 pounds boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 cup Italian dressing
  • 8 ounces cream cheese softened
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 cup chicken broth

Method
 

  1. Place chicken breasts in the slow cooker.
  2. In a bowl, whisk together softened cream cheese and Italian dressing.
  3. Stir in Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, pepper, and chicken broth.
  4. Pour sauce over chicken.
  5. Cook on LOW for 5 to 6 hours or HIGH for 3 to 4 hours.
  6. Shred chicken and stir into sauce.
