Slow Cooker Pork Chops with Mushroom Gravy

Ingredients
  

  • 4-6 boneless pork chops
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • ½ cup beef broth
  • 1 cup mushrooms sliced
  • 1 onion sliced
  • 2 cloves garlic minced (or 1 tsp garlic powder)
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Method
 

  1. Place pork chops in the bottom of the slow cooker.
  2. Add sliced mushrooms and onions on top of the pork chops.
  3. In a medium bowl, whisk together cream of mushroom soup, cream of chicken soup, beef broth, garlic, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  4. Pour the mixture evenly over the pork chops, mushrooms, and onions.
  5. Cover and cook on LOW for 6–7 hours or HIGH for 3–4 hours.
  6. Serve hot over mashed potatoes, spaetzle, rice, or noodles.

Notes

  • Thicker pork chops work best to prevent drying out
  • Add a splash of Worcestershire sauce for extra flavor
  • Great served over mashed potatoes or spaetzle
